  • A video of the unpacking must be recorded as proof, clearly showing the condition of the product when it was received. This video will be used to verify the product for a refund or exchange claim.
  • Only items with manufacturing defects, wrong sizes, or incorrect products delivered are eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. How to Request a Return

If your item meets the eligibility criteria:

  • Email us at threadofheritage@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and attach the unpacking video for verification.
  • Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item, if applicable.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the provided evidence (unpacking video and product condition).
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or due to a defect:

  • Submit your exchange request via email with the necessary unpacking video and details within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Once the request is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.
  • We will ship the replacement product once we receive and verify the returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Items without the unpacking video or items returned outside the 24-hour window.
  • Products that have been worn, altered, or washed.
  • Sale or discounted items unless they are defective.

6. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your returned item reaches us safely.

7. Important Notes

  • Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the unpacking video and product condition have been verified by our team.
  • Threads of Heritage reserves the right to deny any return or exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
